Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to provide an update on visitation at The Woodlands Health & Rehab Center. For a limited period of time, patients who are not on transmission-based precautions and have not been exposed to COVID-19 or are currently positive for the virus may have visits outdoors, in the conference room, or other designated area in order to limit movement within the Center. Patients who are currently positive for COVID-19 or are on transmission-based precautions may continue to have visits in their rooms. This change will be temporary and is made in collaboration with the local Health Department.

Visitors will be provided with educational material on preventing the spread of COVID-19 when visiting the Center. Should you have any questions, please reach out to the Center.
