COVID-19 Update: October 4th, 2021

Posted on:

Dear Patients & Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient and a staff member have tested positive for COVID-19. The patient is no longer in the Center. The staff member did not have patient contact and the exposure is considered to be community-acquired. This individual will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

We have initiated outbreak testing for all patients and staff members and will continue to do so every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Indoor visitation is temporarily suspended at this time with the exception of compassionate care visits. Window and virtual visitation are available. I will provide an update as the situation changes.

As always, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

Sincerely,

Angela Baldwin, LNHA
