Dear Patients and Families,

Due to the increasing prevalence of COVID-19 in our community, which is currently at 14.4%, we will once again require visits to be scheduled using our online scheduling portal: https://woodlands-rehab.com/patient-visitations/. We anticipate this being a temporary requirement.

As an added infection control measure, we recommend that all visitors be routinely tested for COVID-19 regardless of vaccination status. The Center is able to provide testing for visitors in advance of your scheduled visit at no charge. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit to allow time for your test to process.
