The 43rd annual National Nursing Assistants’ Week provides an opportunity to showcase the wonderful things that CNAs do for our residents, patients, and facility.  Every year, we dedicate a week in June to appreciate and honor certified nursing assistants all over the nation. This year, the week falls from June 18th to the 25th.  Nursing Assistants are vital players in the lives of the people in their care, and they deserve a sincere “Thank You” and recognition for their efforts and kindness to the people in their care and their co-workers as well.

Throughout the week, we’ll be celebrating our CNAs for the compassion and care they provide for our residents, patients, and their families.  Here is a schedule of events for the week:

Thursday, June 18th- Disney Day

Friday, June 19th- Neon Day

Cook Out

Monday, June 22nd- Pajama Day
“Our CNAs make our residents comfortable”

Tuesday, June 23rd- Tie Dye Day
“CNAs make our place for colorful”
Cup Cakes (top with your favorite topping)

Wednesday, June 24th- Pink Out Day
“Just because we love our CNAs”
Pink Sherbet Punch and popcorn
