Set amidst the famous mountain views and clear streams of Clifton Forge, The Woodlands Health & Rehab Center has brought our unique approach to healthcare to western Virginia since 2002.
Along with our stable, long-serving staff, our 60-bed Center offers short-term rehab services and long-term care in a friendly, home-like environment. The warm environment extends beyond the facility itself to an enclosed, scenic courtyard where residents enjoy mountain breezes and special walking paths for outdoor therapy.
